Consultancy Starting Singaporean Office

Regional Manager & Principal Consultants

Australian based consultancy looking to appoint a Regional Manager who will lead their Singapore projects. They are expecting that their Indian office will provide the bulk of the consulting staff to service their Singapore office.

About the Role:

The Singapore Regional Manager will lead the region. The role is responsible to oversee and manage the regions Profit & Loss Budget and will be reporting directly to the Directors.

Key responsibilities will include:

Assist the directors with the establishment of their Singapore office. Assist in the hiring of key consulting staff. Work with their partners, Oracle and OneStream to develop new business opportunities. Overseeing and leading the Singapore Region’s Sales function and assist in facilitating the meeting of budgeted revenue targets. Providing high level guidance around decision making for the region. Engaging the consulting team to achieve high levels of engagement. Measuring the progress of the team against targets and provide monthly reporting to management. Assisting in building an annual budget including revenue and expenses for that Region

About You:

Minimum 15 years’ experience in Business development, preferably within the experience in CPM / EPM – Financial Consolidation or Budgeting & Forecasting consulting. Experience in sales, business development and commercial negotiations. Financial acumen for business plans, budgets, tracking financial progress and shift resourcing activity. Strong people leadership, influencing, and management skills. Knowledge and experience in managing a profit and loss budget. Results focussed with strong attention to detail. Strong communicator, especially to remote teams and personnel. Ability to coach others to prioritise their activities in line with agreed objectives. High level of pro-active Customer engagement. A strong desire to learn and develop personally.
